A Day In The ER

Today Tim was having chest pains through out the day. In the early afternoon, the pain got really bad, where it was extremely difficult for him to breathe or talk. We took him into the ER where he had a couple EKG's, a whole lot of blood drawn, and a chest x-ray.
The diagnosis right now is Pericarditis, an inflammation of the sac that surrounds the heart. Extra fluid can build up between the two layers of the pericardium and restrict the heart's action.

I was greatly encouraged today as I saw and heard Jett praying for God to protect his dad. God answered his prayers and has protected him.

Please pray for Tim this week as he is preparing for a parent/youth retreat up in Winter Park this Thursday through Saturday.

Wow, scary! My brother had the same thing almost 15 years ago. We were really nervous. He hasn't had any trouble since - thank God! We will be praying for you, Tim! Hey, Jordan, that is a huge evidence of grace in your life! What an encouragement to us. :)

Thank you for all your prayers. Tim is feeling a little better and God was faithful to His Word once again in helping TIm get his sermon done for the Youth Retreat.

Love you all!
