Great New Book!

This is a wonderful new kids book that our dear friends wrote and illustrated.
I know it will be a family favorite. We just got it in the mail yesterday and everyone was so exctied to read it!
I enjoy reading books to my boys where they can not only memorize the words but also have meaning to the words that will be practical to their own lives.
Also, I couldn't commend these authors enough on how they live out what they believe and how what they believe impacts their lives and those around them.

Our greatest joy is found in making much of Christ. What a gift Kristi and T. Lively have given us and our kids in taking this profound truth and putting it to catchy rhyme and beautiful illustrations. What? A theology book with poems and pictures? I"m there! And so are my kids. You and yours will be too. This is a fantastic book. This book moon rocks!

As a father of five children, I have read many children's books. But this one is the best I'm aware of for helping young children see how our pride robs God of his glory. The boasting moon is a powerful image that will stay with readers forever. And the amazing illustrations will cause adults and kids to keep picking this book up to read!

As a grandpa, I treasure books I can share with my grandchildren, books that are both theologically informed and beautifully illustrated. Unfortunately, these can be scarce. Fool Moon Rising is a rare find: a children's book that describes how understanding the greatness of God transforms proud hearts into humble ones - something that can happen only in the shadow of the cross. I'm looking forward to reading it with my grandkids. C.J. MahaneySovereign Grace Ministries

Oh, I almost forgot to tell you that the picture of the little boy on the front cover is Anderson.
Tom had taken some pictures of Anderson before we left MN for a book they were working on.
Anderson feels quite honored!
